Unzip the package and run CommMonitor.exe. The first start asks for a language, a licence and a workspace mode.

Press New Monitor, choose the ports to watch and press Start. Your own software keeps the port.
Before you install
System requirements
CommMonitor installs a small kernel driver; everything else runs in user mode.
